How do I place orders?

All inquiries for orders can be placed by submitting your online request via this website in the menu navigation above. Orders are answered in the order they are received and on a first come first serve basis. 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within the Las Vegas, NV area. Please inquire first to be sure I can deliver to your location or event in time. 

How much is pricing?

Pricing is based on a number of factors, including what you might want to order, how many people are you serving, etc. All custom cake (and other dessert) orders start at a minimum of $150 (on up). 

Is there a deposit?

Yes. All orders require a 50% deposit that is due up front to start baking for any order. You may also pay in full up front as well. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The purpose is so that this will hold your date on our calendar. Payment may be made with CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. An invoice will be sent to the email address on file. If a client chooses to pay a deposit to hold their date then any remaining balances must be paid 3 days prior to either pickup or delivery dates. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If the client fails to pay remaining balance within the time stated order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.  

Where are you located?

Las Vegas, NV. Chef Lele does travel for special orders. Please state that in your request if you require Chef Lele to travel. 

What if I'm running late to pick up my order?

Pickup times are approximate and on time, so keep this in mind. If you are going to be running late, you must contact Chef Lele ASAP. If you are more than 15 minutes late, without prior approval, then your order will be moved to the back of the pickup list and you will need to reschedule for another pickup time. At that time an late pickup fee of 10% will be applied. 

How soon should I place my order?

Chef Lele requires at least 2 weeks notice, as she might need to order something special to complete your order. Otherwise, keep in mind that dates book fast and only a PAID deposit will secure your date.

Are there any vegan options?

Yes, please state that in your request when filling in the online form.

Do you ship?

Currently we only ship pralines, decorated Oreos, royal icing cookies, and any item that will have minimal to no damage. We DO NOT and cannot ship cakes at this time. 

Can you duplicate designs?

We love to capture our clients vision so that they are given the best cake experience! Clients may submit photos for inspirational purposes and we will create your cake as close as possible to the desired picture, however we will NOT make it exact since this is not our original work and someone else's. We love to give credit where credit is due so for that reason we will not copy someone else's work. Furthermore, depending on the items used, there may be issues matching exact colors so for this reason we cannot guarantee that we can copy someone else’s design. 

Can I book you as a vendor for my event?

Chef Lele would love to be a vendor at your next event. Simply submit your request online or contact Chef Lele to discuss any details related to your event.

How do I make changes to my order?

Orders may be changed within 2 weeks of pickup/delivery date. Please keep in mind that adding or changing things with your order may affect the final price. Any change requests under 2 weeks may not be possible if supplies have to be ordered. 

Can I book Chef Lele for media appearances, tutorials and other events?

Yes, of course, all inquiries can be submitted through this website. We look forward to hearing from you and hearing what you have in mind.
